New Integrations & Product Updates

• Croatia (HR) – New integration with Sudski registar (Croatian Court Registry – Ministry of Justice) is now available! You can retrieve the following documents:
  • Register Report: REPOFSHR
  • Articles of Association: ADDASSRHR

• Germany (DE) – From now on, Chronological Extract (ADDCEHRDE) is part of our documents offering, alongside with Annual Accounts, Articles of Association, Shareholder List, Register Report and Official Filings.

• Perpetual Monitoring Service – Annual Accounts documents are available for monitoring, not just Filed Documents. With this new implementation, it is possible to register a monitor to be notified if a new annual account type document is available for an entity. This feature is available for several jurisdictions. Please contact ma_kyc_support@moodys.com for more details.

Improvements & Fixes

• Cyprus (CY) – Mapping update on original documents. You can find more info in following article.

• Croatia (HR) – The jurisdiction is now part of UBO discovery coverage, please read the article to find out more.

• Belgium (BE) – We have improved our mapping in two areas:
  • Newly added data point: address.formattedAddress.endDate, which represents the date when the address has been removed;
  • Mapping change for the extraData.providedStatus datapoint: this will always lead to the source Juridical Situation.

• Czech Republic (CZ) – We now offer Beneficial Owners Check document also on kompany.com.

Coming Next

• Latvia (LV) – New integration to offer beneficial owners data for companies registered in Latvia (via The Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia).

• Romania (RO) – Data and documents.
